I agree that I am registering for the SOL Collective community at a rate of $997 for 12 months of access, billed today as a one-time payment. SOL Collective is a 12-month container with a limited number of seats for those not actively part of the Scalable Ops Manager or Chief Strategy and Operating Officer Certification programs. This plan auto-renews annually at the then-current rate unless I cancel within 30 calendar days of the renewal date.

I understand that the first month’s value ($97) is non-refundable. If I cancel within the first 30 days, I must email [email protected], and a credit will be issued for the annual payment, less $97 for the first month. After day 30, no cancellations can be made, and no refunds will be granted for the remainder of the 12-month term. For renewals, I may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of any renewal payment. After day 30, refunds will not be granted for the current term.

After 12 months: Once I secure a seat, it is mine for 12 months, with the option to renew. If I release my seat at the end of the 12 months, I understand I will need to reapply to rejoin in the future and that there is no guarantee space will be available.

I authorize SOI and its payment processor to automatically collect the annual payment, and I agree not to initiate chargebacks. I understand that failure to honor this commitment may result in suspension of my access and collection activity for unpaid balances.

Upgrading to Certification: Should I decide to join one of SOI’s certification programs, a partial credit of my annual payment may be applied toward certification.

I agree that my enrollment grants me personal, non-transferable access to the SOL Collective resources, tools, templates, and community. I agree to use all included content solely within my own business. I understand that I do not have a license to use these methods, frameworks, or materials with my own clients, nor may I redistribute, resell, or present them as my own. I acknowledge that all intellectual property, including systems, frameworks, models, and tools, are owned by SOI and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

I agree that I am entering a confidential environment and will not share, disclose, or distribute the experiences, content, or communications of other members, the SOI community, or community leaders.

I understand that SOI may provide community-related communications and marketing emails, and that while I may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, I will continue to receive transactional and community access emails.

I acknowledge that the SOL Collective is an educational and support community and does not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes. I agree that SOI’s liability is limited to the fees paid for my current term.

My purchase and enrollment in the SOL Collective constitutes my full agreement to the above terms.
