We’re an established online education and consulting company seeking a social media and digital marketing specialist who understands the unique needs of small, service-based businesses who serve other businesses. If you’re someone who can take a brand vision and bring it to life through content that actually converts, we want to meet you.
This is a part-time, remote role starting at 20 hours per week, with growth potential based on performance.

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing for coaching, consulting, or online education businesses

You are skilled at client acquisition and understand how to guide a buyer from awareness through to conversion
- You understand the nuance of each platform, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (bonus if you know your way around YouTube and Pinterest)

You can translate strategic goals into marketing campaigns that generate measurable results
- You’re a strategic storyteller who can translate a launch calendar, brand values, and customer needs into engaging, high-converting content
- You know how to drive results through organic social and paid advertising, and you keep an eye on analytics to inform what’s working and what’s not
- You’re a systems thinker who can create, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and digital platforms to improve efficiency
- You understand and love to own the full lifecycle of content - from planning to creation to scheduling to repurposing
- You can write compelling copy that is true to the brand and graphically design on-brand graphics
- You are proactive and can anticipate needs, manage projects independently, and take ownership of results
- You can quickly learn and master tools like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Monday.com, and automation tools like Zapier
- You are detail-oriented and execute with precision while balancing speed and efficiency

Your Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Important Note: This is a marketing role focused on generating qualified leads. It is not a sales position.

Own the full lifecycle of client acquisition campaigns, from awareness to application and strategy call booking

Develop and implement marketing funnels using Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, and related tools in collaboration with the tech team

Create compelling lead magnets and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the buyer journey

Align all efforts with business goals, quarterly promotions, and the broader marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO/CSOO

Monitor and improve lead generation KPIs including CPL (cost per lead), CLC (cost per call), and funnel conversion rates

Leverage organic and paid marketing strategies to drive consistent, qualified traffic into our pipeline

Ensure messaging and content across all platforms are optimized for conversion and aligned with brand voice

Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand our reach and generate qualified leads
2. Social Media and Community Management
- Produce highly engaging social media content to grow ideal target audience and increase engagement (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn) that ultimately leads to applications and strategy calls

Maintain consistent branding, voice, and tone across all platforms

Design on-brand graphics and edit short-form video content such as reels and stories

Collaborate with the CEO and CSOO to align social strategy with business goals, campaigns, and the quarterly launch calendar

Repurpose long-form content (newsletters, podcast episodes) into shorter posts and web content

Write clear, action-oriented captions and create compelling copy that drives engagement, shares, and funnel traffic

Actively engage with our community and moderate all channels, balancing relationship-building with content creation and scheduling

Monitor performance and key metrics, using insights to recommend content optimizations

Own social media KPIs with a focus on audience growth, engagement quality, and lead conversion

Explore opportunities to expand our presence on additional platforms like YouTube and Pinterest
3. Marketing and Campaign Launch Management
- Translate the brand’s vision, mission, and launch calendar into weekly and monthly content plans
- Manage the marketing timeline and assets for launches, events, and podcast episodes
- Work closely with the team and partners to ensure cohesive marketing campaign strategy and execution
- Oversee organic and paid marketing client experience touchpointsÂ
4. Digital Marketing &Â Tech ManagementÂ
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and automations in Manychat, ActiveCampaign, and Kajabi
- Partner with the Ops Manager to manage and optimize the end to end client experienceÂ
- Track and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts including ads, funnels, and social media posts
- Optimize campaigns and funnels to maximize efficiency and performance
- Set up and troubleshoot marketing tech, including integrations and automation tools

Stay on top of new techniques and changes in the market, which you’ll incorporate and test
5. Marketing Operations
- Develop repeatable marketing systems, workflows, processes, and SOPs, contributing to build out of the company playbook
- Keep digital assets and files organized
- Continuously minimize waste in the marketing and conversion processes
6. Paid Advertising
- Designing scroll-stopping and high-performing meta ad campaigns that capture leads and drive conversions
- Continuously test and adjust for improved engagement and optimized CLC, CPL, CPM, and ROAS
